Build Something Soft + Tender
If you ever needed a space like this, you already understand why it matters.
This isn’t just a job opportunity. This is sacred work.
We’re building a space for Black women to exhale, feel, and be fully held, and we’re looking for people who feel called to that kind of work. Whether you’re holding space, helping with structure, or showing up to learn, there’s a place for you here.
Why Join Us?
We’re not trying to fix people.
We’re creating spaces where they don’t have to be “on.” Where they can fall apart without shame, process what’s heavy, and come back to themselves in real time.
You’ll be part of a small, intentional collective focused on emotional care, creativity, and community healing, not performance, not urgency.
A chance to co-create emotionally grounded, healing-centered offerings
Space to bring your full self and practice what you believe in
Relational leadership and real support
A mission rooted in care, not burnout
